AOTMiT: Transparency Council on SMA, lung cancer and cystic fibrosis, among others

Agenda:

1. Preparation of a position paper on the evaluation of the drug Imfinzi (durvalumabum) within the framework of the drug program:
   B.6. "Treatment of patients with lung cancer (ICD-10: C34) and pleural mesothelioma (ICD-10: C45)".
2. Preparation of a position paper on the evaluation of the drug Evrysdi (risdiplamum) under the drug program:
   B.102.FM. "Treatment of patients with spinal muscular atrophy (ICD-10: G12.0, G12.1)".
3. Preparation of an opinion on the appropriateness of including on the list, referred to in Article 30a of the Reimbursement Act, products on the list concerning drugs for gynecological, endocrinological, diabetological and rheumatological indications, requiring use for more than 30 days for a specific clinical condition and recommended in clinical management guidelines, for which no application for reimbursement has been submitted and market exclusivity has expired.
4. Preparation of an opinion on recommended medical technologies and activities carried out within the framework of health policy programs, as well as the conditions for the implementation of these programs for the prevention of lymphedema after breast cancer treatment.
5. Preparation of an opinion on the appropriateness of changes within the drug program:
   B.129.FM "Treatment of patients with primary hyperoxaluria type 1 (ICD-10: E74.8)".
6. Preparation of a position paper on the examination of the legitimacy of issuing approvals for reimbursement of the foodstuff for special nutritional use K.Vita
   for the indications: drug-resistant epilepsy, LCHAD deficit, VLCAD deficit, pyruvate dehydrogenase deficit, GLUT deficit 1.
7. Preparation of an opinion on the draft health policy program of the local government unit:
   "Health policy program of screening for hearing and vision defects in children living in the Mazovian province".
8. Preparation of an opinion on the draft health policy program of the local government unit:
   "Catch the balance - a program of emotional support and prevention of depressive disorders among young people from schools of Żarski County for 2026-2027".
9. Preparation of an opinion on the appropriateness of continuing reimbursement in off-label indications for the active substance azithromycinum in the indication: cystic fibrosis.
10. Preparation of an opinion on the appropriateness of continuing reimbursement in off-label indications for the active substance methotrexatum in the indication: autoimmune diseases other than those specified in the SmPC.
