AOTMiT: Transparency Council meeting today

During the session, it was planned:

1. Preparation of a position paper on assessing the appropriateness of qualifying the health care service "Pharmaceutical care" as a guaranteed benefit
2. Preparation of an opinion on the use of hyperthermia treatment in cancer diseases
3. Preparation of an opinion on the appropriateness of amending the drug program B.95. "Treatment of patients with atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome (aHUS) (ICD-10:D59.3)"
4. Preparation of a position on the legitimacy of issuing approvals for reimbursement of the medicinal products Bedica (cannabis flos Bedica), Bediol (cannabis flos Bediol), Bedrolite (cannabis flos Bedrolite), Bedrocan (cannabis flos Bedrocan) in indications:

• Drug-resistant epilepsy in patients continuing treatment with medical cannabis;
• Chronic pain, including: pain in cancer, neuropathic pain, phantom pain in patients continuing treatment with medical cannabis

1. Preparation of an opinion on the draft health policy program of the local government unit "Infertility treatment by in vitro fertilization for residents of the City of Zielona Gora for 2024-2027".
