AOTMiT: Transparency Council will look into obesity, depression and rehabilitation, among other issues

The agenda includes:

1 Prepare a position paper on the examination of the legitimacy of issuing approvals for reimbursement of foodstuffs for special nutritional use K.Yo chocolate flavours and K.Yo vanilla flavours for the indications: drug-resistant epilepsy, GLUT-1 glucose transporter deficit, pyruvate dehydrogenase deficit.

2. Preparation of a position paper on the appropriateness of issuing reimbursement approvals for the medicinal product Disulone for the indications: Duhring's disease, Sneddon-Wilkinson disease, pemphigoid, linear IgA bullous dermatosis, IgA-related vasculitis, Hailey-Hailey disease, pemphigus, pyoderma gangrenosum, nodular vasculitis, urticaria vasculitis, allergic vasculitis, leukocytoclastic vasculitis, erythema nodosum, systemic lupus erythematosus, capillaritis chronica, granuloma annulare, lower limb ulcers.

3 Prepare a position paper on the legitimacy of issuing approvals for reimbursement of the medicinal product Calcort (deflazacort) for the indication: severe myasthenia gravis with multiple myasthenic breakthroughs.

4 Prepare an opinion on the draft health policy program of the local government unit "RSV infection prevention program including vaccination of people aged 60 and older from risk groups, residing in Poznan for 2025-2027".

5 Prepare an opinion on the draft health policy program of the local government unit "Program for prevention of depressive disorders among adolescents attending schools in the Municipality of the City of Marki for 2025-2027".

6 Prepare an opinion on the draft health policy program of the local government unit co-financed by the EU under the ESF "Health policy program on prevention and early detection of overweight and obesity among pupils of classes I-III of elementary schools in the Warmian-Masurian voivodeship".

7 Prepare an opinion on the draft health policy program of the local government unit "Program of Health Prevention in the field of medical rehabilitation of residents of the Mściwojów Municipality in 2024".

8. Prepare an opinion on the continuation of the inclusion in reimbursement of the active substance furosemide in the indication: symptomatic metastases in the central nervous system - prevention and supportive treatment.

9 Prepare an opinion on the continuation of the inclusion in reimbursement of the active substance carbamazepinum, lamotriginum in indications: - carbamazepinum - condition after an epileptic episode induced by metastases within the central nervous system; - lamotriginum - condition after an epileptic episode induced by metastases within the central nervous system - supportive management.

10. Prepare an opinion on the continuation of the inclusion in reimbursement of the active substance carbamazepinum, gabapentinum, ketoprofenum in indications: - carbamazepinum - pain in patients with a diagnosis of cancer - supportive treatment; - gabapentinum - pain other than that specified in the Summary of Product Characteristics - supportive treatment in patients with cancer; - ketoprofenum - pain in the course of cancer - in cases other than those specified in the Summary of Product Characteristics.

11. Preparation of an opinion on the continuation of the inclusion in reimbursement of the active substance dexamethasonum in the indication: malignant neoplasms - premedication - in cases other than those specified in the ChPL.
