The contest received 50 entries. Nineteen of them were selected for the finals in several categories. As we read in the justification, the award for the mojeIKP application was given for creating a platform giving millions of Poles access to medical services and information and supporting the building of proper health habits.
The Digital Excellence Awards is a competition aimed at companies and organizations that excel in the field of digital transformation. Its goal is to recognize and reward innovation leaders who successfully implement modern technologies and practices and contribute to the digital development of their industry.
The eHealth Center is a winner of the competition for the second time. The MojeIKP app is also highly rated by users themselves. The average rating it has received in the Google Play store is 4.8 (based on 48.6 thousand reviews), the same as in the Apple Store (with 39.2 thousand reviews).
"We are pleased with such a huge and positive response, but we are not resting on our laurels. We are constantly developing MojeIKP, improving its service and preparing the introduction of new features," reads the CeZ website.
The MojeIKP app allows you to quickly and securely check health information: your own, your children's or the person who authorized you to do so. It's a free application for your phone that gives you access to the most important features of the Internet Patient Account.
Among other things, the MojeIKP application enables convenient and secure:
- Access to and retrieval of e-prescriptions and e-referrals
- Redeeming medicines by showing the QR code on the phone screen (without the need to enter the PESEL number),
- access to the history of medical events
- Access to the child's documents and those who authorize us,
- A range of functionalities to enable efficient management of health matters.
Through the MojeIKP app, appointments can be made for the COVID-19 vaccination and for preventive examinations under the Prevention 40 plus program (until the end of 2024). Work is also underway to introduce convenient e-registration through the app. For now, it is possible to make a pilot appointment at the points, joined this project: for cytology, mammography and a first-time visit to a cardiologist. The e-registration project is being systematically developed to increase the number of points.
The MojeIKP app also has preventive features that change the traditional approach to health care. These include a step counter and monitoring the amount of water drunk. With these features, it encourages active health care and demonstrates and supports pro-health habits.
The MojeIKP app has already been installed 7 million times. It is an important part of the entire ecosystem of e-services in health care. E-health already means more than 18 million activated Internet Patient Accounts, more than 1 billion registered medical events, more than 2 billion e-prescriptions issued and 234 million e-referrals issued.
