Agenda:

Preparation of a position paper on the evaluation of the drug Bimzelx (bimekizumabum)
under drug program B.161 "Treatment of patients with purulent apocrine sweat gland (HS) inflammation (ICD-10: L73.2)".

1. Preparation of an opinion on changing the reimbursement availability category
   for a medicinal product with the active substance bexarotene:
   

from the drug used in drug program B.66 "Treatment of patients with T-cell lymphoma (ICD-10: C84)"

for a chemotherapy drug, for an indication determined by the clinical condition,

and the inclusion of bexarotene in a new indication, previously not covered by reimbursement,
in the same reimbursement availability category.

1. Preparation of an opinion on changing the reimbursement availability category
   for a medicinal product with the active substance denosumab:
   

from the drug used in drug program B.134 "Prevention of bone complications in adult patients with advanced cancer involving bone" (ICD-10: C18, C19, C20, C34, C50, C61, C64, C67, C79.5, C90.0),

for a chemotherapy drug, for an indication determined by the clinical condition,

and the inclusion of denosumab in reimbursement for new indications not previously covered.

1. Preparation of a position on the legitimacy of issuing approvals for reimbursement
   of the active substance nadolol for indications:
   

• prolonged QT syndrome,
• polymorphic ventricular tachycardia,
• hypertension,
• hypertrophic cardiomyopathy,
• Andersen-Tawila team.

1. Preparation of a position paper on the legitimacy of issuing reimbursement approvals
   for the medicinal product Emcitate (tiratricol) for the indication: Allan-Herndon-Dudley syndrome.
2. Preparation of opinions on recommended medical technologies and actions
   in health policy programs for skin cancer prevention.
3. Preparation of an opinion on recommended medical technologies and actions
   in health policy programs on prevention of cerebrovascular diseases,
   including stroke.
4. Preparation of an opinion on the draft health policy program of JST:
   "Health policy program in the field of medical rehabilitation of senior citizens 60+ in the Municipality of Police for 2026".
5. Preparation of an opinion on the draft health policy program of JST:
   "Comprehensive rehabilitation of a child with disabilities from the city of Wodzisław Śląski".
6. Preparation of an opinion on the draft health policy program of JST:
   "Program of physiotherapeutic patronage visits in the municipality of Trzebownisko in 2025-2029".
7. Preparation of an opinion on the active substance cyclophosphamidum
   in indications:

• sarcoidosis,
• Interstitial pneumonia (in cases other than those specified in the SmPC, with the exception of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis).
