An interview with Dominik Zuk, a hybrid AI data management specialist.

What impact will artificial intelligence have on global public health?

This is a good question, because currently global public health is one of the most regulated markets when it comes to the use of artificial intelligence. It has a number of specific certifications that force recertification with each artificial intelligence. This leads to a certain impediment to innovation.

If I were to posit three major trends today, the first would be the trend related to patient service. Maybe not necessarily replacing doctors anymore, but rather recommending a doctor based on an appropriate interview with the patient. Second will be the personalization of services, that is, the expansion of the doctor's competence with additional skills, such as emotion analysis, for example. The third will be the optimization of the entire process of delivering these services. This is something that people won't see on a daily basis, but in the case of organizing internal processes, related to handling legal or medical documents, for example.

What technologies will allow us to take this very direction?

Mainly these will be so-called artificial intelligence assistants. The AI is not yet completely independent, it only takes actions together with humans. It will support the daily work of doctors, nurses or pharmacists. It will allow, for example, the best possible selection of medicine.
