Announcement of the Minister of Health dated June 20, 2023 on the list of reimbursed drugs, foodstuffs for special nutritional purposes and medical devices for July 1, 2023 has been published.
There is a new reimbursement list. What changes from July 1?

Since the beginning of 2023, 97 new molecules have been covered by public funding, including:
- 46 molecule - oncology indications,
- 51 molecule - non-oncology indications,
- 31 molecule indications dedicated to rare diseases.
The reimbursement notice effective July 1, 2023 (No. 70), compared to Notice 69, contains the following changes:
- A total of 50 products or new indications were added to the list due to positive reimbursement decisions.
- Reductions in official selling prices were introduced for 42 products (from PLN 0.10 to PLN 16,794.00).
- Official selling prices were increased for 79 products (from PLN 0.02 to PLN 38.34).
- For 527 items in the notice, the patient's co-payment will fall (from PLN 0.01 to PLN 452.70).
- For the 392 items in the announcement, the patient surcharge will increase (from PLN 0.01 to PLN 112.20).
- Gross retail prices will be reduced for 185 products (from PLN 0.01 to PLN 409.13).
- Gross retail prices will increase for 312 products (from PLN 0.01 to PLN 40.71).
- Due to the receipt of applications to shorten the term of reimbursement decisions, or the expiration of the term of reimbursement decisions or refusal of reimbursement for the next period, the announcement will not include 30 products or indications listed in the previous announcement.
