New Country President Novartis Poland

Victoria Tian spent the past three years in China, where she was responsible for immunology business operations and managing a team of more than 2,000 employees. She also served as Head of Oncology MSD China, and her responsibilities included building effective sales and marketing plans and drug access strategies. She has a broad business perspective, a deep understanding of medical innovation and therapies that can effectively transform patient care.
