Despite the firm objection of the Supreme Pharmaceutical Council, due to the planned proceeding of controversial and substantively unjustified regulations regarding, among others, the need to replace standard thermo-hygrometers in pharmacy rooms with those that monitor temperature and humidity 24 hours a day, the Regulation of the Minister of Health of October 27, 2022 on detailed conditions for running a pharmacy, which contains the above-mentioned regulations, was published in the Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland. requirements. The regulation enters into force 14 days after its publication.
