Tens of thousands of antibiotics will hit the market. As the Minister of Health Adam Niedzielski announced on Twitter, this will happen thanks to the release of drugs from the Government Strategic Reserves Agency.

"We are releasing and directing tens of thousands of antibiotics to the market with RARS. The proposal has already been accepted by the Prime Minister of Poland,” wrote Adam Niedzielski.
The head of the Ministry of Health added that the reserves will be replenished after the peak of the infection season. Last week, during a conference organized at the TZF Polfa plant in Tarchomin, the Minister of Health assured that there would be no shortage of antibiotics in Poland. The situation with antiviral drugs used to treat influenza is a bit more complicated. As Adam Niedzielski said, the ministry is in talks with producers.
