An announcement by the Minister of Health dated November 14, 2024 on the list of medicinal products, foodstuffs for special nutritional purposes and medical devices at risk of unavailability on the territory of the Republic of Poland has been published in OJ MZ.
The list included 256 items.
What is a list of drugs at risk of unavailability?
Pursuant to the so-called anti-export law, it is the duty of provincial pharmaceutical inspectors to report to the General Pharmaceutical Inspectorate drugs that are missing in 5 percent of pharmacies in a given province. The GIF then informs the Minister of Health.
