Madam President, what should a model prevention program for seniors look like?

Seniors should rely primarily on preventive examinations, laboratory tests. Prevention also includes other tests, in the field of diagnostic imaging. So one would need to do basic laboratory tests at least once a year, and if there are any ailments, more often, with consultation with a doctor or laboratory diagnostician who can give advice. These tests that should be done once a year are basic. They are: glucose, lipid levels, a general urine test or TSH levels. It's also worth remembering that once these tests are done, they should be verified with a medical professional. It often happens that we perform some tests and then forget about it or verify them by using the Internet. From such laboratory tests, the diagnostician in the laboratory is really able to draw a lot, to deduce. So it is worth submitting these results to the eye of a professional - a doctor or even a diagnostician. It is also important to pay attention to the vaccination calendar for adults. We should think about vaccination against pneumococcal, hepatitis or hepatitis B.
