- We were the forerunners of salary increases for other groups of medical and non-medical professions, and we have become, in a way, victims and hostages of these increases," said Mariola Lodzinska, president of the Supreme Chamber of Nurses and Midwives, in an interview with Medexpress during the Economic Forum in Karpacz.

  • We hope to form a team to create, as it were, a law on the nursing and midwifery professions from the beginning.
  • Nurses are obtaining very broad qualifications, but it is an open question whether they are using these competencies. Certain pieces of legislation are incompatible with each other.
  • Education is not yet fully up to date with current needs.
