In response to a letter addressed to the Minister of Health, Dr. Jolanta Sobierańska-Grenda, the Supreme Council of Nurses and Midwives received information that in July/August 2025, the e-Health Center completed IT work that enables primary care nurses and midwives to fully implement the "My Health - Adult Health Balance" benefit.
Until now, despite current regulations, the gabinet.gov.pl system did not allow PCP nurses and midwives to approve the health questionnaire - this could only be done by the PCP doctor, which in practice prevented other members of the PCP team from providing the service themselves.
With the technical work completed and the regulations in effect as of May 5 and July 1, 2025, PCP nurses and midwives gain a real opportunity to perform the service, which strengthens their role in the PCP team and significantly increases the availability of preventive care for patients.
