Wages in health care. How much will they increase from July 1?

The draft act aims to amend the act of 8 June 2017 on the method of determining the lowest basic salary of certain employees employed in healthcare entities (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1801), hereinafter referred to as the "Act on on June 8, 2017 ", in such a way as to introduce into the legal order arrangements with representative trade union organizations and representative employers' organizations and contained in the position of the Tripartite Team for Healthcare, hereinafter referred to as" Tripartite Team ", of November 5, 2021 (to the extent indicated in point 2 of RIA).
The proposed changes assume:
1) specification of the new wording of the Annex to the Act of June 8, 2017, which will define a new division into professional groups according to the qualifications required for the position held and new work coefficients, in accordance with the position of the Tripartite Team of November 5, 2021. ; the proposed regulation - an increase in labor coefficients from July 1, 2022 - is to take into account the annual "indexation mechanism" already existing in the Act of June 8, 2017 - Art. 3a;
2) changing the wording of Art. 5 of the Act of June 8, 2017 in order to link the principles of remuneration of employees other than employees of basic activities specified in an agreement or ordinance with the average increase in remuneration in a given medical entity, in such a way that the remuneration of these persons ensures the amount corresponding to the appropriate average increase in remuneration in a given entity for a specified period;
3) adding to the Act of 8 June 2017 a provision obliging the healthcare entity that is the employer to specify in the employment contract each employee covered by the scope of the Act information on the professional group to which he should be assigned in connection with the qualifications required for the position held. < br/>
The table below shows the occupational groups indicated in the position of the Tripartite Team and a comparison of the labor coefficients and the resulting amounts of the lowest basic salaries in individual groups (column 4 shows the amounts of the lowest basic salaries calculated as the product of the currently applicable labor coefficients and the average salary in the national economy in the national economy). 2020, announced in the Announcement of the President of the Central Statistical Office of February 9, 2021 in the amount of PLN 5167.47; column 6 indicates the amounts of the lowest basic salaries calculated as the product of the labor coefficients agreed by the Tripartite Team and the average salary in the national economy in 2021 specified in the announcement of the President of the Central Statistical Office of February 9, 2022 on the average wage in the national economy in 2021 in the amount of PLN 5,662.53)
