Separate voting precincts will be set up in medical facilities, nursing homes, prisons and detention centers. This will happen if there are at least 15 voters in them on election day.

On the government website, you can check whether there will be a PEC at your facility. It's also worth verifying whether a patient's name appears on the voter list. This should be the case if someone is already in the hospital or will be admitted to it two days before the election.

Unfortunately, if someone is admitted to the hospital suddenly, on election day, he or she will not be included in the local precinct. However, if someone anticipates that he or she may end up in the hospital on Sunday, then he or she should try to apply in advance for a certificate of right to vote where he or she is staying on election day. The application can be submitted at any municipality office or via the mCitizen website up to and including Thursday, 12/10.

Patients who are immobile will benefit from having the urn delivered to their bedside.
