"Prevention 40 plus" program extended until the end of the year

The proposed changes in the regulation are:

1) Extension of the implementation phase of the "Prevention 40 PLUS" pilot program for another 6 months, i.e. until December 31, 2024;

2) Introduction of a provision according to which it is indicated that the evaluation phase of the pilot program lasts until September 30, 2024, and covers the period of implementation of the pilot program from July 1, 2021 to August 31, 2024;

3) cancellation of the use of the hotline.

At the same time, a transitional provision has been introduced, according to which, as of July 1, 2024, the assignment of a recipient of a date for the provision of health care services under the pilot program , "Prevention 40 PLUS", may be carried out in accordance with the rules in effect until June 30, 2024, with the exception of the possibility of making a central notification within the central electronic registration through the hotline referred to in § 7a (2) (2) of the regulation amended in § 1).
