A new ministerial team will evaluate ICT systems

The team consists of:
1) Team Chairman - director of the Department of Innovation in the Ministry of Health;
2) Deputy Chairman of the Team - deputy director of the Department of Innovation at the Ministry
Health;
3) members:
a) representatives of organizational units of the Ministry of Health holding the position of director or
deputy director
b) a representative of the National Health Fund holding the position of at least the deputy director,
c) a representative of the e-Health Center holding the position of at least the deputy director
4) secretary - representative of the Department of Innovation in the Ministry of Health.

The tasks of the team include the analysis and evaluation of initiatives concerning:

1) building new ICT systems that are public IT projects
the application referred to in Art. 3 point 6 of the Act of February 17, 2005 on the computerization of activities
entities performing public tasks (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2070 and of 2022, item 1087) creating business e-services, or projects submitted for opinion by the Committee of the Council of Ministers for Digitization;

2) ICT systems planned to be built at the stage of legislative works, health policy programs and other strategic documents regarding the development of e-health in the Republic of Poland;

3) modification of existing ICT systems or modification of key modules of these
systems;

4) changes in ICT systems resulting from the introduction of changes in legal regulations or
exceeding the allocated budget in the project.

The team carries out its tasks based on the business and technical concept and Forum recommendation
Architects of the e-Health Center, transferred as part of the "Initiating IT projects" process.
