In Journal of Laws The Ministry of Health published the Order of the Minister of Health of 18 January 2022 on the appointment of the Plenipotentiary of the Minister of Health for the coordination of digital services for activities aimed at counteracting and combating the COVID-19 epidemic.

Anna Goławska became the proxy. Her tasks include:
1) coordinating the implementation of the National Immunization Program in the area of digital support for activities aimed at preventing and combating the COVID-19 epidemic;
2) coordination of activities aimed at the proper operation of the system for issuing EU COVID Certificates and their verification by a dedicated application;
3) supervision over the correct implementation of the process of issuing referrals for immunization against COVID-19;
4) coordination of the registration process for preventive vaccinations against COVID-19;
5) supervision over the correct reporting of activities related to the implementation of preventive vaccinations against COVID-19;
6) coordination of development and implementation activities of the IT system Register of Entries to Poland;
7) presenting the minister with proposals for solutions and legislative changes to improve the operation of IT systems dedicated to counteracting and combating the COVID-19 epidemic;
8) representing the minister at meetings devoted to preventing and combating the COVID-19 epidemic in the scope of entrusted tasks;
9) providing the minister with information on analyzes, assessments and conclusions related to the implementation of tasks.
