Former Health Minister Adam Niedzielski was attacked by two men in front of a restaurant in the center of Siedlce, RMF FM reporter Michal Dobrolowicz determined. The politician was taken to a local hospital, and his life is not in danger.

The attack took place Wednesday in the center of Siedlce, RMF FM reported. The former head of the health ministry was allegedly attacked by two men. During the incident, they were said to have loudly criticized decisions made by Adam Niedzielski during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The former minister was taken to the Mazovian Regional Hospital in Siedlce. Police have opened an investigation into the case.
Prime Minister Donald Tusk addressed the incident on social media, announcing the swift capture of the perpetrators and "zero mercy" for the attackers.
