Diagnostyka S.A. invests in imaging diagnostics - acquisition of Eurodiagnostic for PLN 23 million

The acquisition of Eurodiagnostic is another step by Diagnostyka S.A. in implementing its strategy of growth and strengthening its position in the diagnostic imaging market.

- 27 years of consistent development of our network has resulted in the fact that today we can call ourselves the Polish market leader in laboratory diagnostics. However, as of 2023, we are also growing in another area - diagnostic imaging. This is not only a potentially important growth engine for the company in the years to come. It is also the realization of Diagnostyka's mission, which is to support society in its pursuit of a long life in health," stresses Professor Jakub Swadźba, CEO of Diagnostyka S.A.

The Diagnostics Group's strategy is to continue organic growth, supported by the implementation of selective acquisitions in the areas of laboratory diagnostics and diagnostic imaging. The Group plans to further increase economies of scale by optimizing processes and costs and strengthening central functions, including the development of technological solutions and implementation of artificial intelligence. The acquisition of a majority stake in Eurodiagnostic is part of the planned increase of Diagnostic's share in the diagnostic imaging market, while developing the company's diagnostic infrastructure.

Eurodiagnostic sp. z o.o. has been operating in Poland since 2007 and provides high-quality diagnostic imaging services. The company's main business is temporary rental services of mobile computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance (MR) and X-ray diagnostic laboratories. It delivers fully equipped CT, MR and X-ray labs to any location in Poland
and Europe for both short (e.g., several weeks) and longer (e.g., one year) rental periods.
