Officers of the CBA Delegation in Szczecin shortly after accepting a financial benefit in the amount of PLN 300,000 PLN was detained by the head of the Kołobrzeg Commune, the director of a large pharmaceutical company and a Wrocław entrepreneur. Detainees were charged with corruption.
The findings show that the bribe was accepted in exchange for favorable changes in the spatial development plan.
The District Court received a motion for pre-trial detention against two suspects - the head of the commune head and the director of a pharmaceutical company. The court granted the prosecutor's request.
