75 generally accessible pharmacies will take part in the pilot drug reviews. The Main Pharmaceutical Inspector presents the position according to which all information about the participation of specific generally available pharmacies in the indicated program should be formulated so that Art. 94a paragraph. 1 of the Act of 6 September 2001 - Pharmaceutical Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1977, as amended, hereinafter: "u.p.f.").
"Therefore, while the information about the drug inspection pilot program implementation by the pharmacy, as well as the information about the drug review service provided (corresponding to the content of the aforementioned regulation) should be considered admissible, they cannot contain any evaluative content or characters otherwise, such information could potentially be considered prohibited advertising of pharmacies and their activities, for which an administrative fine is imposed pursuant to Article 129b (1) and (2) of the Act " - informs Ewa Krajewska, Chief Pharmaceutical Inspector.
