The draft regulation of the Minister of Health on the method of determining the lump sum system for the basic hospital provision of healthcare services for the settlement period covering the period from 1 January to 31 December 2022 was submitted for consultation.

The draft ordinance specifies the method of determining the lump sum system for the basic hospital provision of healthcare services for the settlement period covering the period from January 1 to December 31, 2022.
The draft regulation contains regulations identical to the regulations in force under the regulation of the Minister of Health of 22 September 2017 on the method of determining the lump sum for the basic hospital system for securing healthcare services (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1783, as amended) . amended), subject to the following changes:
1) change of the definition of the term "calculation period", which was defined as the accounting period covering the year 2019;
2) removal of the provisions establishing the coefficients adjusting the amount of the lump-sum security system in relation to the achievement of a certain level of outpatient specialist care services - in connection with the exclusion of these benefits to be financed outside the lump-sum security system.
