Hospital network: New mechanism for lowering correction factors. The service provider may terminate the contract ...
Published Jan. 10, 2022 13:34
We suggest:
1) clarification in the provision of § 16 sec. 4F points 1 and 5 of the application of the principle of reducing the correction factor in the event of an increase in the tariff of healthcare services established after July 1, 2021.
2) adjusting the mechanism of lowering the correction coefficients in such a way that in the case of service providers qualified for the individual levels of the basic hospital health care system (PES), hospital emergency departments and emergency rooms, the amounts of the coefficients are reduced proportionally to the share of a given type of benefits or a lump sum PES in the amount of the commitment for the entire contract.
3) A service provider who does not agree to the new conditions will be able to terminate the contract with a 30-day notice period, provided that it submits a notice of termination within one week from the date of entry into force of the order. Pursuant to §2 of the proposed regulation, this rule also applies to ordinances which were amended before the date of entry into force of the proposed regulation.
