There is the first list of providers qualified for the National Cancer Network

Providers qualified for the National Cancer Network provide comprehensive oncology care in terms of diagnosis, treatment and monitoring. These providers offer services at the following levels of cancer care coverage:
- Specialized Oncology Treatment Center (SOLO):
- Level I
- Level II
- Level III
- Cooperation Centers
SOLO is a hospital that provides services in:
- surgical treatment,
- radiation oncology,
- chemotherapy and other systemic treatments.
The Cooperative Centers, on the other hand, provide oncology care as part of outpatient specialty care.
The list of providers qualified for the various KSO security levels is valid for 2 years from the day following the date of its announcement. In the Public Information Bulletin of the National Health Fund - on July 25, 2024 - lists of providers qualified for the KSO in a given province were announced. These lists are effective from July 26, 2024 to July 26, 2026.

Seven days to file a protest
The Law on KSO provides for the possibility of filing a protest against the qualification results. How and where to file a protest?
The provisions of the Law on the National Cancer Network provide for the possibility of filing a protest in connection with the results of qualification for the NSO. There are 7 days to submit a protest to the President of the National Health Fund from the date on which the list became effective, i.e. from July 26, 2024.The protest can be submitted in person or by correspondence at the National Health Fund Headquarters, or electronically
