What are the responsibilities of deputy health ministers?

According to the order:

• The Minister of Health heads the government administration department "health," and supervises, among others, the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspector, the Chief Sanitary Inspector, the President of URPL, the Medical Research Agency, medical institutes and the National Health Fund. His exclusive powers include signing regulations, announcements and letters addressed to the highest state bodies, as well as appointing and dismissing national consultants.
• Undersecretary of State Katarzyna Kacperczyk is responsible for the areas of security, drug policy, investment and international cooperation. She also serves as chairwoman of the Crisis Management Team and deputizes for the Minister in his absence. Among other things, she oversees the Air Ambulance Service and the National Institute of Medicine.
• Undersecretary of State Katarzyna Kęcka oversees the areas of public health, social dialogue and medical staff development. She is a member of the Joint Commission of the Government and Local Self-Government. She reports to, among others, the Center for Medical Examinations, the Medical Center for Postgraduate Education, the National Institute of Public Health of the National Institute of Public Health, and medical universities.
• Undersecretary of State Tomasz Maciejewski is responsible for digitization and e-health, coordinated care, medical treatment and strategic analysis. He oversees, among others, the Agency for Health Technology Assessment and Tarification, the e-Health Center, the Quality Monitoring Center, and regional blood donation and hemorrhage centers.
