Launching a service for NOP reporting

The e-Health Center provides a description of the interface for the NOP service, through which an electronic adverse vaccine reaction form can be sent via the P1 system to SEPIS (GIS).
The service will be available from 01/02/2024.
NOP - what is it?
A health disorder that occurred within four weeks after the administration of a vaccine - this is the official definition of an adverse vaccine reaction (NOP). The exception is the administration of the tuberculosis vaccine. In this case, the time criterion is longer than four weeks. Thus, generalizing, an adverse vaccine reaction is a deterioration of health (often temporary and mild) that occurs within a certain period of time after vaccination.
The obligation to report NOP stems from Article 21 of the Law on Prevention and Control of Infections and Infectious Diseases in Humans, and failure to do so is punishable by a fine under Article 52 for failure to report an adverse vaccine reaction.
