MZ: Changes in the Economic Commission

Two representatives of the Ministry of Health left the Economic Commission: Joanna Królak-Buzakowska and Przemysław Bonek.
As of May 1, 2022:
Chairman of the Economic Committee: prof. Mirosław Szeligowski
Deputy Chairman of the Economic Committee: Joanna Kilkowska
Secretary of the Economic Committee: Krzysztof Urban
The Economic Commission is a team that conducts price negotiations with applicants on the reimbursement of drugs, foodstuffs for particular nutritional uses and medical devices. The Commission, in accordance with Art. 17 sec. 2 of the Act of 12 May 2011 on the reimbursement of drugs, foodstuffs for particular nutritional uses and medical devices, it has 18 members, including 12 representatives of the Ministry of Health and 6 representatives of the President of the National Health Fund.
