MZ: Central e-Registration pilot. Soon recruitment
Published Aug. 12, 2024 08:05
The pilot will cover two main areas:
- Cardiology services
- Preventive examinations under NHF programs, such as mammography and cytology.
Medical facilities that already provide these services under the National Health Fund will be able to apply to participate in the pilot. Participation in the project is an opportunity to test the new system in advance of its full implementation.
Patient registration process
Patients will be able to use the Central e-Registration only after medical facilities make their schedules available. The integration of medical facilities with the P1 e-health system is necessary to be able to share service appointments in CeR.
Benefits for facilities
Facilities participating in the pilot can count on financial support from the National Health Service. They will receive compensation for the costs associated with the integration of the IT system, as well as a lump sum for transmitting data to CeR and for carrying out services contracted by the system.
How to join the pilot?
Recruitment of facilities for the pilot will begin after the NFZ President's order comes into force. Detailed rules for recruitment and participation will be published on the NFZ website.
Informational webinars
The National Health Fund is organizing periodic webinars, which will be held every Tuesday. The first webinar is scheduled for August 20 at 2:00 p.m. The meetings will be devoted to discussing the principles of Central e-Registration, details of the pilot enrollment and technical support for project participants. Links to the webinars will be sent directly to establishments that provide the benefits covered by the pilot.
