New ministerial team will develop report on Endoprosthesis Registry

The Team consists of:

1) Chairman - Prof. Jaroslaw Czubak, MD, national consultant in orthopedics and traumatology;

2) Members:

(a) Prof. Andrzej Bohatyrewicz, MD - President of the Polish Orthopedic and Traumatological Society,

b) Prof. Jacek Kruczynski, MD - head of the Department of General Orthopedics, Oncology and Traumatology at the Wiktor Dega Clinical Hospital of the Karol Marcinkowski Medical University in Poznan,

(c) Prof. Jan Blacha, MD,

d) Prof. Artur Gądek, MD - head of the Orthopedics and Traumatology Clinical Department of the Independent Public Health Care Center of the University Hospital in Krakow, provincial consultant for the Małopolska province in the field of orthopedics and traumatology of the musculoskeletal system,

(e) Dr. Andrzej Sionek, M.D. - head of Department IB - Adult Orthopedics of the Independent Public Clinical Hospital named after Professor Adam Grucy in Otwock,

f) Dr. Krzysztof Rzewuski, M.D. - coordinator of the Trauma and Orthopedic Department of the Health Care Complex "County Hospital" in Sochaczew

(g) three representatives of the Independent Public Clinical Hospital named after Professor Adam Gruca in Otwock,

h) Agata Smiglewska - Director of the Department of Analysis and Strategy at the Ministry of Health,

(i) Filip Urbanski - deputy director of the Analysis and Innovation Department of the National Health Fund,

(j) Beata Koń - representative of the National Health Fund,

(k) A representative of the Treatment Department at the Ministry of Health,

l) a representative of the Department of Analysis and Strategy at the Ministry of Health - Secretary of the Team.

The tasks of the Team are to develop and submit a report to the Minister of Health on the operation of the Endoprosthesis Registry, established by the Order of the Minister of Health of December 3, 2019 on the Endoprosthesis Registry.

The ordinance expires on August 1, 2023.
