New vaccinations available at pharmacies. Changes as of February 1, 2026.

The proclamation, signed on December 23, 2025, will go into effect on February 1, 2026. The changes include vaccinations for adults at pharmacies with a contract with the National Health Fund.
Expanding the catalog of vaccinations carried out in pharmacies is another element of efforts to increase the availability of adult immunizations and strengthen preventive health care. The extent of funding for individual vaccinations - full or partial - will depend on medical and epidemiological indications and existing preventive programs.
New vaccinations starting in February 2026.
As of February 1, 2026, pharmacies will be able, with public funding, to vaccinate against, among other things:
- chickenpox,
- typhoid,
- meningococcus type B,
- ACWY-type meningococci,
- Yellow fever (fever),
- diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis and poliomyelitis - in the form of a combination vaccine.
As it has been so far
Pharmacies were already providing adult immunizations under contracts with the National Health Service. As of August 25, 2025, patients could benefit from pharmacies' vaccinations against COVID-19, seasonal influenza, tick-borne encephalitis, diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, HPV, pneumococcal, hepatitis, MMR, hepatitis A and B, polio and RSV, among others. These vaccinations were financed in whole or in part with public funds, depending on the formulation and vaccination schedule.
The expansion of the list of vaccinations available in pharmacies is part of the development of pharmaceutical care and is expected to make it easier for patients to access preventive care, especially for adults who have previously been less likely to receive immunizations.
