Polish Medical Society of Radiology with new board of directors

Professor Edyta Szurowska, pro-rector for clinical affairs at the Medical University of Gdansk in the 2016-2020 and 2020-2024 terms, head of the Second Department of Radiology at GUMed and the Department of Radiology at UCK, became PLTR president. Professor Szurowska is also chairwoman of the Pomeranian Branch of the PLTR, the Commission on Clinical Hospitals at the Conference of Rectors of Academic Medical Universities (KRAUM) and the Senate Committee on Clinical Affairs of GUMed.

The Polish Medical Society of Radiology has been in existence since 1925. Its goal is to develop and promote Polish radiology, inspire its members to creative scientific work and constantly improve their professional qualifications, as well as to use new scientific achievements in practice.
