Prof. Przemysław Mitkowski: In cardiology, more has been achieved in recent years than we expected

- We managed to obtain several new reimbursements, including for phlogazines, liberalize the program for the treatment of lipid disorders, but also launch the pilot of the National Cardiac Network, expanded this year to include six more regions - according to Prof. Przemysław Mitkowski, president of the Polish Society of Cardiology, these are some of the more important changes that have taken place in Polish cardiology in recent years. - We hope that several molecules will be reimbursed later this year," Prof. Mitkowski added in an interview with Medexpress during the Economic Forum in Karpacz.
