The Minister of Health appointed a plenipotentiary for the implementation of coordinated care in primary health care

Dr hab. n. med. Agnieszka Mastalerz-Migas, national consultant in the field of family medicine.

The tasks of the proxy include:

1) monitoring the process of implementing coordinated care in primary health care;

2) preparation of recommendations for changes to the current scope of coordinated care services in primary health care;

3) preparation of recommendations for new scopes of services provided as part of coordinated care in primary health care;

4) representing the Minister in the work of teams and councils appointed by other authorities, to the extent related to the implementation of coordinated care in primary health care;

5) performing other tasks ordered by the Minister in the field of implementation of coordinated care in primary health care.
