An Audit Committee is established with the following composition:
1) chairman - Waldemar Kraska, secretary of state in the Ministry of Health;
2) independent members:
a) Dariusz Kidaj,
b) Jacek Jerka,
c) Dr. Joanna Przybylska;
3) dependent members:
a) Blanka Wiśniewska, Director General at the Ministry of Health,
b) Rafał Główczyński, Deputy Director of the Department of Supervision and Control at the Ministry of Health,
c) Anna Orłowska, director of the Administrative Office at the Ministry of Health
