The Main Pharmaceutical Inspectorate submitted for consultation the draft strategy of the State Pharmaceutical Inspection.
The Pharmaceutical Inspection Strategy is an initiative of the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspector aimed at the development of effective supervision over the manufacture and sale of medicinal products, in order to ensure the availability of the highest quality medicines to patients.
Work on the Strategy began with the appointment of a team for developing the Strategy of the State Pharmaceutical Inspection. The starting point was to conduct a strengths and weaknesses analysis (SWOT) of the pharmaceutical inspection, which showed the significant potential of the organization and the need for change.
The strategic goal of the State Pharmaceutical Inspection is to ensure effective supervision over the market, resulting in increased public confidence in the bodies of the State Pharmaceutical Inspection. To achieve this goal, a systemic approach to the functioning of pharmaceutical inspection is necessary and the determination of partial strategic goals relating to the perspectives that significantly affect the implementation of tasks.
