The Law on Quality in Health Care and Patient Safety came into effect on September 8, 2023.
The indicated law imposes a number of new obligations on health care providers.
The Law Amending the Law on Patients' Rights and Patients' Ombudsman, which introduces the Medical Events Compensation Fund, is effective as of September 6, 2023.
