AOTMiT: Transparency Council on kidney cancer, AOS and vision defects, among others

Agenda:

1. Preparation of an opinion on the transfer of the active substance pazopanibum from drug program B.10 "Treatment of patients with renal cell carcinoma (ICD-10: C64)" to the catalog of reimbursed drugs in chemotherapy.
2. Preparation of an opinion on the transfer of the active substance paclitaxelum albuminatum from drug program B.85 "Treatment of patients with pancreatic adenocarcinoma (ICD-10: C25.0, C25.1, C25.2, C25.3, C25.5, C25.6, C25.7, C25.8, C25.9)" to the catalog of reimbursable drugs in chemotherapy.
3. Prepare a position paper on changing medical technology for the following outpatient specialty care services:
   
   • 04.21 - Destruction of cranial or peripheral nerves by injection of neurolytic agent;
   • 04.24 - Destruction of cranial or peripheral nerves by low-temperature induced anesthesia (cryoablation, cryoneuroablation);
   • 04.25 - Destruction of cranial and peripheral nerves by anesthesia induced by high temperature (thermolysis).

Preparation of a position paper on the evaluation of the drug Acarizax - standardized allergen extract of house dust mites(Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus, Dermatophagoides farinae) for the indication: Treatment of moderate to severe allergic rhinitis caused by house dust, persisting despite the use of medications to relieve symptoms, in children aged 5-11 years, in whom the diagnosis was made on the basis of clinical history and a positive allergic test to mites (spot skin tests and/or specific immunoglobulin E).
2. Preparation of a position paper on the examination of the legitimacy of issuing approvals for reimbursement of foodstuffs for special nutritional purposes: HCU Anamix Infant, HCU Anamix Junior, HCU Cooler, HCU Express, HCU gel, HCU Lophlex, HCU Lophlex LQ - for the indications: homocystinuria, S-adenosylhomocysteine hydrolase deficiency, methionine adenosyltransferase I/III (MAT I/III) deficiency.
3. Preparation of an opinion on the draft health policy program of the local government unit:
   "Health policy program on early detection of eye defects in 7-year-old children residing in the city of Sieradz".
4. Preparation of an opinion on the draft health policy program of the local government unit:
   "Prevention of urinary incontinence among female residents of Poznań aged 30+ for 2025-2027".
