At the same time, the Minister of Health informs that patients who started treatment with a medicinal product not subject to funding under the procedure for emergency access to drug technologies before the date of the relevant list have the right to continue treatment, provided that the effectiveness of the treatment to date is proven. Information on continuation of treatment should be provided by the provider to the relevant local branch of the National Health Fund.
The list included 85 items.
Among the medicines that will not be subject to funding under the emergency procedure for access to drug technology (RDTL), according to the June 29, 2025 announcement by the Minister of Health, are: Adynovi (rurioctocog alfa pegolum) for the prevention of bleeding in children under 12. age with hemophilia A and B, Afinitor (everolimus) for the treatment of advanced breast cancer, Aimovig (erenumab) for chronic migraine, Brineura (cerliponase alfa) for the treatment of neuronal lipofuscinosis type 2, Cresemba (isavuconazole) for invasive aspergillosis and mucormycosis, and three versions of the drug erlotinib (from Krka, Mylan and Vipharm) for non-small cell and small cell lung cancer. Also on the list are Lynparza (olaparib) for the treatment of endometrial cancer and pancreatic adenocarcinoma with a BRCA1/2 mutation, Rybrevant (amivantamab) for patients with advanced lung cancer with an EGFR insertion mutation in exon 20, Zolgensma (onasemnogene abeparvovecum) for the treatment of SMA in patients not covered by the drug program, and Yervoy (ipilimumab) in esophageal cancer and as monotherapy in melanoma in second-line treatment.
