Ministry of Health: We know who will be responsible for drug policy

He is a graduate of the Medical University of Lublin. He received his second-degree specialty title in general surgery in 2001 and his doctorate in medical science in 2004. Since 2014, he has held the title of specialist in public health.
He holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management at Lublin University of Technology (2018) and an MBA in health care from the Medical University of Lublin (2023).
As of 2019, he was director of the Holy Spirit Specialized Hospital in Sandomierz and Adjunct Professor of the Department of Public Health at the University of Lublin. He is a lecturer in the field of health care management and public health.
From 2012 to 2019, he was the director of the SPZOZ in Kraśnik, having previously served there as deputy director for medical affairs from 2006 to 2012. At SPZOZ in Kraśnik, he was also the head of the specialized endoscopy laboratory (2005-2006) and assistant of the surgical ward.
From 1995 to 2004, he was a doctor of the emergency teams of the Emergency Medical Service in Lublin.
He was an expert witness for the District Court in Lublin (2002-2013) and an expert physician for the KRUS Field Office in Kraśnik (2000-2007).
From 2005 to 2010 and 2018 to 2022, he was a member of the Presidium of the Lublin Medical Chamber in Lublin.
Since 2014, he has been a councilor of the Lublin Regional Assembly.
Married, he has three children.
