MZ: There is a new list of technologies with a high level of innovation. 6 items

The Minister of Health, after consultation with the Transparency Council, National Consultants and the Patient Ombudsman, publishes the current list of highly innovative technologies based on the list of highly innovative drug technologies prepared by the Agency for Health Technology Assessment and Tarification:

1. rADAMTS13 - for the treatment of ADAMTS13 deficiency in children and adult patients with congenital thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (cTTP);
2. Soravansine myvetuximab - in monotherapy, for the treatment of adult patients with platinum-resistant, serous, high-grade epithelial ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer or primary peritoneal cancer with folate receptor alpha (FRα) positivity who have previously received one to three systemic treatment regimens;
3. toripalimab - in combination with cisplatin and gemcitabine for the first-line treatment of adult patients with recurrent, nonsurgical or radiation therapy-eligible or metastatic nasopharyngeal cancer;
4. trametinib - in combination with dabrafenib, for the treatment of children and adolescents aged 1 year and older with low-grade glioma (LGG) with the BRAF V600E mutation who require systemic therapy;
5. trametinib - in combination with dabrafenib, for the treatment of children and adolescents aged 1 year and older with high-grade glioma (HGG) with the BRAF V600E mutation who have received at least one prior course of treatment with radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy;
6. retifanlimab - for use as monotherapy for the first-line treatment of adult patients with metastatic or recurrent locally advanced Merkel cell carcinoma (MCC) ineligible for surgery or radiation therapy.
