Teva Pharmaceuticals Poland will have a new CEO - Ewa Królikowska, previously commercial director of RX and vice president of distribution, will take over the position in April 2024. She will lead the commercial team of the company, which is a global leader in the pharmaceutical market and one of the largest drug suppliers in Poland.

Ewa Królikowska will be one of the heads of European markets at Teva, reporting directly to Michal Nitka, who serves as SVP, Commercial Lead South & East Europe (ad interim) and global OTC Head.

Ewa Królikowska has been working in the pharmaceutical industry for 20 years, and with Teva (formerly on the Ratiopharm team) since 2008. She has many years of experience in logistics and complex supply chain management in Poland and the CEE region (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Baltics, Romania) for a portfolio of Rx and OTC drugs, dietary supplements, medical devices. Her experience includes a number of M&A projects in the pharmaceutical industry (Ratiopharm, Mepha, Cephalon, Actavis), joint ventures (PGT) and cooperation with external manufacturers.
Since 2016, she has served as vice president of distribution. From 2019 to 2023, she was commercial director of OTC and Distribution, responsible for wholesale distribution of Teva's entire portfolio in Poland, as well as marketing, trade marketing and sales of over-the-counter products for brands such as Flegamine, Olfen, Calperos, Sudocrem and Vibovit.
In October 2023, in addition to her distribution role, she became Rx commercial director. As of February 2024, she served as head of Teva in Poland, while continuing to work as vice president of distribution.
She is a member of the Board of Directors of PASMI, an organization of Polish and foreign pharmaceutical companies producing over-the-counter drugs, as well as medical devices, dietary supplements and cosmetics.
