3rd Senior Health Congress

In the face of increasingly pronounced demographic remodeling and lengthening populations, 2026 brings the question of what kind of vision of old age we want to build together - one where dignity, activity and care are the foundation of health and social policy. A vision where old age is not a marginalization, but a stage full of value and opportunity; where seniors not only have access to care, but also the tools and space to decide, act and develop their passions. The one where care, empathy and activation become everyday practice - not just in institutions, but in interpersonal relationships and in a social culture that understands that aging is a common experience for all of us.

The 3rd Senior Health Congress invites dialogue between seniors, experts, policymakers, families and the media. The 3rd edition of the event is held under the slogan "Caring - Empathy - Activation."

• Caring is not only about ensuring safety and access to health care, but also about the ongoing concern for the physical, mental and social well-being of seniors.
• Empathy means overcoming barriers and stereotypes, countering digital exclusion and building bridges between generations.
• Activation means taking advantage of the opportunities offered by the development of technology and longevity medicine - to live not only longer, but more fully. It's also about fostering independence, activity and real influence of seniors on the reality around them.

As Iwona Schymalla, president of the "Let's Live Healthy" Foundation and organizer of the event, emphasizes, longevity today is understood not only as an extension of life, but as a time in which development, activity and contact with younger generations is possible. The congress will be a space to discuss how care, empathy and activation can become the foundation for healthy, conscious and well-lived aging.
