The Air Ambulance Service and the Medical Rescue Department of the Medical University of Warsaw for the eighth time invite you to participate in the Scientific and Training Conference "Psychological Support in Medical Rescue". The event will take place on October 18 this year. in Warsaw. Traditionally, the conference is divided into the part devoted to the symptoms of occupational stress and psychological help for employees, and part of the lectures devoted to psychological competences necessary to work in the National Medical Rescue system.
"This year's training seminar will be devoted to issues related to psychological support offered to employees of the State Medical Rescue system. We will talk about difficult communication with the patient and with teammates. We will share with you our knowledge on how to effectively manage fatigue and deal with the crisis.
In the light of the new challenges related to the war in Ukraine, we will discuss the subject of actions on the battlefield. It will also be about how the coronavirus pandemic has affected our mental state. Therefore, we will devote a lot of space to discuss and show competences that may be useful in difficult work in the broadly understood medical emergency.
We cordially invite you to participate in the conference of paramedics, doctors, nurses, firefighters, policemen and students of medicine and psychology interested in the subject.
