This weekend, July 29-30, the Health Picnic will be held - a major preventive event in the open air, reports the Świętokrzyskie voivodeship branch of the National Health Fund. Health towns with plenty of examinations, measurements, consultations will stand on the Kielce Market Square (Saturday, July 29, 11am - 5pm) and next to MOSiR in Pinczow (Sunday, July 30, 12pm - 6pm).

The main initiator and organizer of the events is the nationwide Pokonaj Raka Foundation, and partners are the Świętokrzyski Regional Branch of the National Health Fund and the Świętokrzyskie Oncology Center. The campaign was joined by, among others: Kielce City Hall, Pinczow City Hall, Swietokrzyskie Voivodship Office, Provincial Sanitary and Epidemiological Station, Social Insurance Institution - branch in Kielce, Provincial Police Headquarters in Kielce, Kielce Waterworks.
Residents of the region will be able to take advantage of, among other things, free mammography and cytology in the ŚCO cytomammobus (tel. 661 911 300), dental screening in the dentobus (children and adolescents up to 18 years of age), vision screening, examination of skin nevi with a dermatoscope, advice on breastfeeding and newborn care, as well as spirometry
- I warmly invite you to our tent. We have prepared a rich preventive offer and I encourage you to take advantage of it not only during the event, but on a daily basis," says Malgorzata Kiebzak, director of the Świętokrzyskie OW NFZ.
At the NFZ booth, it will be possible, among other things, to make an EHIC card, have your body composition analyzed at the prevention kiosk (determine: body mass index BMI, fat level, visceral fat, body water content, muscle tissue) and consult a dietician, get information about the diet portal.nfz.gov or learn about prevention programs such as 40 Plus Prevention, Breast Cancer Prevention, Cervical Cancer Prevention, Colorectal Cancer Screening Program (with a list of facilities and mammobus route). It will also be a place where you can get information about online prevention: the applications myFizjo+, 8 Weeks to Health, 8 Weeks to Health after Covid-19, and find out that the Internet Patient Account - IKP and myIKP are available for seniors.
