Contrary to announcements, on Monday the Health Committee did not conduct the first reading of Lex Kaczyński, i.e. the draft law on employee testing, submitted by Law and Justice MPs. The fate of the project, one of the applicants of which is the president of Law and Justice, hangs in the balance.
The Health Commission was to start work at 4 p.m. Several dozen minutes earlier, the Ministry of Health announced on Twitter that Deputy Minister Waldemar Kraska and three SOP officers protecting Minister Adam Niedzielski were infected with SARS-CoV-2, therefore the entire management of the ministry will isolate itself. Apparently, the chairman of the Health Committee did not know about it, because just before the meeting he was trying to determine who would represent the government. The isolation, however, was so consistent that Tomasz Latos first postponed the meeting...
