Among other things, the draft specifies the detailed terms of the vaccination contract. They are to be provided only by a pharmacist who is authorized to perform the qualifying examination and immunization, and who meets the conditions set forth in the Law on the Pharmaceutical Profession.
The procedure for vaccinating includes either qualifying or injecting a patient whose qualification for vaccination has been made by a doctor, feldsperson, dentist and issued a prescription for the vaccine. After vaccination, the pharmacist is to make an entry in the electronic Vaccination Card and, in the case of COVID-19 immunization, transfer the information to the Central e-Registration system.
The catalog of billed products is to include COVID-19 vaccination of adults (PLN 31.67), pneumococcal vaccination of persons over 65 years of age, in a single-dose regimen (PLN 31.67), and influenza vaccination of persons over 65 years of age, in a single-dose regimen carried out cyclically each fall and winter season (PLN 31.67).
The Headquarters of the National Health Fund is looking forward to receiving opinions and comments on the draft order in question by October 25, 2023, 12:00 pm (the date of receipt at the Fund's Headquarters counts), which should be sent only in electronic (excel) version to the email address: [email protected].
