Vaccination in pharmacies. The National Health Service has updated its announcement on contracting and billing of services

As the NFZ reminds, applications should be submitted to the provincial branches of the NFZ, competent for the location of the pharmacy. On the basis of these applications, contracts will be signed for the execution and financing of vaccinations at pharmacies.
The NFZ Headquarters also advises what to do before signing a contract. This includes having the pharmacy operator enter the location of the pharmacy into the NFZ computer system and complete the "Application for contract conclusion" form, which is included in the bid application, print it out, sign it and send it with the attachments to the NFZ provincial branch. After signing the contract for recommended immunizations at the pharmacy, it will also be important for the entity to collect the data necessary to transmit the XML WYWIAD electronic message and complete the entries on the qualification and execution of immunization in the patient's e-Card.
Importantly, the call for applications is continuous, so they can be submitted throughout the calendar year. However, if a pharmacy wants to sign a contract later this year, the documents must be submitted no later than December 14. Applications sent from December 15 onward will only allow a contract to be signed in 2024.
Detailed information about the call and assistance in completing the documents can be found HERE.
