Patient Assistant will make it easier to contact the hospital. NIO-PIB implements innovative solution

"We are constantly working to make our patients feel as comfortable as possible and have easy access to all the information they need. We strive to provide them with tools that will make it easier to contact them and enable them to quickly handle necessary matters. That is why we have launched a Patient Assistant on our website," reports the National Cancer Institute.
The interactive tool allows you to, among other things, contact the Institute, manage appointments, including cancelling an appointment, request medical records, and get in touch with the Patient Rights and Public Communications Officer, or obtain key information about the operation of NIO-PIB, including how to prepare for appointments or how to sign up for an examination,
The Patient Assistant is available at www.nio.gov.pl. To use it, click the icon on the right side of the screen and then select a topic.
